I need to return an item, how do I do this?

The easiest thing to do is to contact us by visiting our help centre and let us know the details of your return.

An item that I want is out of stock, what do I do?

While we are unable to fill any order that has no stock, we can check to see if we have any more on the way, visit our help centre to contact us.

Why did I receive more than one parcel for my order?

We frequently dispatch items from multiple warehouses. You will receive multiple parcels if your order contains products from more than one warehouse.

When will by products be delivered?

Once your order has been processed through our system, we aim for same day dispatch. Outer areas and rural areas may take an extra few days. You can find out more information about deliveries here.

I've received an incorrect item or damaged item in my order. What should I do?
